This wonderfully balanced and intensely flavorful bar is handcrafted in our bean to bar chocolate kitchen using only premium, directly traded cacao beans from the Ucayali River region of Peru. The addition of our house-made cocoa butter, fresh pressed from the same Ucayali beans, gives this bar an exceptionally smooth texture and true single origin flavor.

Flavor Profile: lemon verbena and fig. Very low acidity. Pleasantly astringent finish.
