Our award-winning single origin Esmeraldas beans are steeped for several days in Boston Harbor Distillery’s distinctive Putnam Rye Whiskey. We add our house-made cocoa butter, fresh pressed from the same Esmeraldas beans, and craft each bar by hand in our bean to bar chocolate kitchen. The result is an exceptionally smooth bar with intense whiskey flavor, complemented by the complex berry notes of the cacao.
