This is our tribute to the Lost City of a vanished ancient civilization, discovered within Honduras’ biological preserve of virgin tropical rainforest. This heritage is threatened by deforestation with one key protector, the Miskito indigenous people. They are just beginning to make a living from harvesting and fermenting wild cacao that has been growing in the jungle for centuries. The chocolate has exceptional nutty flavor notes of roasted almonds with a rich cocoa flavor that is not bitter. This chocolate bar is our homage to the timelessness of this place.
