Liu Bao is a fermented tea traditionally from Wuzhou, Guangxi Province. This lot was made in Spring 2011 from a blend of Yunnan leaves and local middle-sized Wuzhou Guiqing leaf cultivar through a lengthy fermentation, steaming and pressing process done within their iconic large bamboo baskets then air-dried for several months and aged till today.

Enjoy the aged tea’s iconic woody and nutty flavors along with a Jasmine finish brought Ecuadorian Costa Esmeraldas cacao used in this dark chocolate.

Tasting Notes: Motst wood, hazelnut, jasmine

Ingredients: Cacao, cane sugar, cocoa butter, tea leaves.

Produced in a facility that processes nuts and dairy.
