Before starting Amano, I experimented with an incredible number of flavor combinations. Chocolate with cardamom and black pepper was one of my favorite discoveries. This bar uses our Dos Rios chocolate that is made from very flavorful cocoa from the Dominican Republic that tastes like bergamot oranges and lavender. Blend it all together and the flavor combination is electrifying. I’ve added some crunchy bits to make it even more addictive.
